1. The service
Easy Voice Recorder lets you record audio in your browser and share it via a link. No account is required. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of what you record. By uploading, you grant us a license to store, transcode, and serve your recording to anyone with the link, solely to operate the service.
Links are unlisted, not private. Anyone who has the link can listen. Do not record anything you would not want a link holder to hear.
3. Retention and deletion
- Recordings are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
- You can delete a recording at any time with your delete link. Deletion removes the audio files immediately.
- We may remove any recording at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You may not upload content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
- harasses, threatens, or defames any person;
- infringes copyright or other rights you do not hold;
- is spam, malware distribution, or platform abuse.
We may remove content and block access (including by IP or device) for violations, without notice.
5. Copyright and repeat infringers
We respond to copyright notices under the DMCA. Send notices to abuse@easyvoicerecorderapp.com. We terminate access for repeat infringers: uploads associated with a user, device, or address that receives repeated valid infringement notices will be blocked.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", free of charge, with no warranty of availability or fitness. Recordings may be lost; keep your own copy of anything important. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to $0.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
